Reminder for Registrants: 2024 Renewals Are Open & New Process to Access Online Portal

A reminder to registrants that they can now renew their College registration for 2024. The deadline to complete the 2024 renewal and payment without incurring a late fee is January 31, 2024. The 2024 fees can be viewed on the College website.

New registrants who were issued a certificate of registration at any time in 2023 are also required to complete their 2024 annual renewal of registration and provide confirmation of participation in the CCP for 2023.

Registrants who do not intend to renew their registration for 2024 can submit their notice of resignation request through the “Request Status Change” tab in their Online Portal profile.


The College has replaced the annual registration card with a confirmation email notice that is sent to registrants after they have completed the renewal and payment process. Registrants can also download a copy of their wall certificate from the “My Registration History” tab and a copy of their receipt from the “My Invoices” tab in their Online Portal profile.


The College has recently upgraded its registrant and applicant database. If you have not logged in since October 30, 2023, you will need to follow the steps below. If you already created your login profile in the new portal, please login as usual.

  1. Access the ONLINE PORTAL
  2. Click on the “Sign in” tab at the top of the Online Portal page.
  3. Please choose the “Reset Password” option and follow the related steps.  For detailed instructions, please click here
  4. Once logged in, click on the “Renewals” link at the top of the screen to complete your annual renewal.
