Welcome to the College’s Online Portal!
The Online Portal is a self-service platform designed to assist both applicants and registrants with access to the College’s online services.
Online Services for Applicants
Application submission
New applicants, current applicants or current registrants applying for the other category of certificate of registration can use the Online Portal to begin or continue their application, including uploading supporting documents.
Paying fees
Applicants can securely pay their application and registration fees, view invoices and print receipts for their records or tax purposes.
Application tracking
Applicants can monitor their application status and the status of their supporting documents.
Account management
Applicants can update their personal and business information.
Important Note for Applicants:
Please review the Registration Requirements webpage and the information available on the Applicants webpage that applies to you. We recommend beginning the online application process once you have all the required supporting documents.

How to Access the Online Portal and Update my Email and Password
Current registrants and applicants
Click on the “sign in” tab at the top of the Online Portal page and use your preferred email address on file at the College to log in. Check out the tutorial video for detailed instructions on how to log in.
New applicants
Click on the “Sign up now” link at the bottom of the “sign in” page to create an account and follow the prompts.
Changing my preferred email
If you update your preferred email address in the Online Portal, contact the Registration and Renewals Department at info@ocswssw.org to let them know of the change as the College must update your login access.
Note: If your profile information is blank, the most likely reason is you accessed the Online Portal with a new email address, not the preferred email address on file at the College.
If this email address is no longer active or you do not remember which email address you provided, email info@ocswssw.org to have your email address updated.
Changing my password
To change your password, click on the Reset Password link on the Online Portal login page.
