The Nominating Committee makes recommendations to Council regarding the appointment of Council members and non-Council members to statutory Committees and non-statutory Committees that are established in the College bylaws. The Committee also establishes the appointment of a Chair of each of these statutory and non-statutory Committees (other than the Executive Committee).
In 2025, the Nominating Committee:
- Reviewed the statutory and bylaw requirements regarding membership on Committees.
- Reviewed applications to fill non-Council and Community Appointee role vacancies on Committees and made recommendations to Council on the appointment of Council members to fill vacancies on each Committee, as needed.
