The Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (the College) first launched the Equity and Inclusion Data Initiative during the 2024 renewal period, inviting registrants to share demographic information on a voluntary basis. Recently, we published insights from the inaugural year of the initiative.

As part of the College’s commitment to continual improvement, we want to hear from registrants regarding their experiences with the Equity and Inclusion Data Initiative. We are seeking feedback from registrants who chose to participate in the initiative, as well as those who did not.
Your feedback will help inform updates to the initiative for the next renewal period. We want to ensure that this initiative is informed by the perspective of all registrants, who bring different lenses and lived experiences.
