Explanation of Online Statuses

Note: the word “application” is used to describe the various online submissions that an applicant or registrant may submit through the Online Portal and encompasses the following types of submissions:

  • Application for Registration
  • Renewal Application
  • Inactive Application
  • Retired Application
  • Return to the General Class Application
  • Reinstatement Application
  • Notice of Resignation
  • Application for Professional Corporation
  • Renewal Application for Professional Corporation  

To check the status of your submission, go to “My Applications” under the profile name on the Online Portal.

Online Status ReasonExplanation
ApprovedThe application was successfully processed by the College.
Approved Pending PaymentApplicants:
The application has been reviewed and approved by the College. The final step to complete the registration process is to pay the registration fee.

Registrants:
The application has been reviewed and approved by the College. The final step to approve your submission (e.g. renewal, inactive application, return to general application, application for professional corporation, etc.) is to pay the required fees.
CancelledThe application was cancelled, either by the applicant/registrant or by the College.
Deemed WithdrawnThe application was closed by the College on the basis of being incomplete.
DraftThe application was started but has not yet been submitted.
SubmittedThe application was completed, and fees were paid.
In ProcessThe College is currently reviewing the application.
ValidatedThe application was completed but the required fees have not yet been paid.

Important Note:
Applications in “Draft” and “Validated” statuses will not be reviewed by the College.
