*NEW* Council Member Profile: Governance Attributes and Competencies

As part of this year’s Council election process, the College has developed a list of governance attributes and competencies. This Council Member Profile is used to:

  • understand the collective competence of the current College Council and committees;
  • inform a plan to address gaps and areas of opportunity through training and/or recruitment; and
  • screen and score prospective candidates seeking to run for election.

The new component further supports the College’s ongoing commitment to increasing diversity, equity and inclusion, which includes ensuring that the College Council and committees are representative of the clients and communities served by our registrants.
