No. A professional corporation is strictly limited in its scope of practice, which is defined by both the Business Corporations Act and the College’s bylaws. The Business Corporations Act states that a social work professional corporation can only engage in the practice of social work and a social service work professional corporation can only engage in the practice of social service work. The College’s bylaws reinforce these restrictions.
