Stay tuned for AMED 2025 coming this summer!

The College is holding its virtual Annual Meeting & Education Day (AMED) on Tuesday, June 3, 2025

This year’s theme is Advancing Innovation and Public Protection. The College is pleased to have Professor Charmaine Williams, PhD, RSW, Dean of the Factor-Inwentash Faculty of Social Work at the University of Toronto, as the keynote speaker. Her presentation, entitled How to: Live Through Unprecedented Times, will address practical strategies for those in social, health and community services to remain resilient, united and effective in advancing justice, even in the most challenging times. There will also be four educational sessions on a range of topics relevant to registrants’ practice.

Videos of all sessions will be available to watch later this summer. Employers are encouraged to share this great educational opportunity with their social work and social service work staff members once the videos are available. College registrants can use watching videos of  AMED sessions towards their 2025 Continuing Competence Program (CCP).
