Finance and Audit Committee

The College is seeking a member of the community (resident of Ontario who is neither a registrant of the College nor a member of Council) to serve as a Community Appointee on the Finance and Audit Committee, for a two-year term beginning September 2026.

The Finance and Audit Committee makes recommendations to Council on matters related to the College’s financial planning, financial management and asset management, including:

The annual operating budget.
Internal financial controls.
Financial policies and fiscal plans.
Policies for the investment of funds.

This Committee meets virtually three (3) to four (4) times per year, for half-day meetings. Committee materials are posted approximately one (1) week in advance of meetings for review in preparation for the meeting. Preparation time is approximately one (1) to two (2) hours for each meeting.
