The following is a list of approved social service work programs currently offered in Ontario. Generally, graduates who have obtained a diploma in social service work from these programs will meet the education requirement for registration as a social service worker with the College:

- George Brown College of Applied Arts and Technology – Human Service Counsellor (no longer offered)
- MacEwan University (formerly Grant MacEwan College), Edmonton, Alberta – Social Work Diploma
- Northern College of Applied Arts and Technology – Addiction and Mental Health Worker Program
- Sheridan College of Applied Arts and Technology – Community Worker – Outreach and Development (no longer offered)
