This October, the College will host its next virtual Employer Roundtable.
Employer Roundtables provide an interactive forum for the College to connect directly with employers of social workers and social service workers. These conversations help the College better understand the current employment landscape and the challenges organizations face, while identifying opportunities to support employers and registrants in their practice.
Participants will have an opportunity to learn more about the College’s public protection mandate, the importance of registration and the resources available to employers. The discussion will also provide employers with an opportunity to share their experiences and feedback directly with College staff.
Employers are encouraged to join the conversation and help inform the College’s ongoing work. More information about the October Employer Roundtable will be available in the coming weeks.
