The Register
Any person may request a copy of all or part of the Register of members of the College. To request a copy of the Register pertaining to a single member, please make the request in writing (mail, delivery, fax or e-mail).
The request must include the name of the member and sufficient identifying information, to facilitate the delivery of an accurate copy of the part of the register to the requesting party.
The Registrar shall provide a printed copy of the part of the register that lists the name of the member and all information about the member required to be on the register in accordance with the Act and bylaws of the College.
The Register includes the following information:
- the name of each member of the College and the class of certificate of registration that the member holds;
- any terms, conditions and limitations imposed on the members certificate of registration;
- a notation of every revocation, cancellation and suspension of a members certificate of registration;
- information that a statutory committee directs shall be included;
- the name of the business or employer of the member;
- the business address of the member; and
- the business telephone number of the member
Certain conditions and/or a fee may apply for persons requesting a copy of all of the Register or a copy of the Register pertaining to a specific group of members. For further information of these type of requests, please contact the College.
