Finance Committee Mandate The mandate of the Finance Committee is to consider and make recommendations to Council on matters related to the College’s financial management and asset management, including: the annual operating budget; internal financial statements; the audit of the financial statements; financial policies and fiscal plans; and policies for investment of funds.
